A visit to UTM Residence is the best way to learn more about student housing, gain a feel for the campus and what you can expect from your time living with us. Join us to get all of your questions answered about living on campus, as well as learn more about housing and how to make your transition seamless.

Parking
Free parking will be available in Parking Lot 5 (P5). Please do not park in P6, P7, and P10 as they are strictly reserved for residents and not available during the event.

When you arrive, enter the Oscar Peterson Hall Building to join our event

Happening all day and leaving from Oscar Peterson Hall every 15 minutes to view the following areas: Oscar Peterson Hall (traditional style), Erindale Hall (suite style), and McLuhan Court (4 bedroom premium townhouse).
Tours of Putnam Place, Schreiberwood, Roy Ivor Hall and an accessibility unit will be given upon request.
