Human Resources Management Specialization (ERSPE1882)

Beginning in 2025 – 2026, admission to the Human Resources Management (HRM) Specialization will be paused (ERSPE1882). Students interested in pursuing a HRM Specialist (ERSPE1882) must apply during the 2025 Subject POSt application periods (Round 1 or Round 2). This will be the final opportunity for students to apply to this program before the pause to admissions is implemented in 2025 - 2026.

Students who are already enrolled in the HRM Specialization (i.e. admitted on or before 2025) should be able to continue their studies and complete their program requirements.

We recommend that students complete all HRM specific courses to fulfil their program requirements by April 2028. To support program planning, below you will see a tentative schedule for those interested in applying to the HRM Specialization in 2025, and for those who applied prior to 2025.

Complete program requirements for the HRM Specialization can be reviewed on the academic calendar
