The Davis Food Court boasts brands you'll recognize such as Harvey's, Thai Express, & Bento Sushi, as well as a number of unique cuisine concepts such as Baked!, Flex Bowl custom bowl creations, FUSION8 (our certified gluten-free station), The Smoothie Bar, Fresh Baked from the Oven Detroit-style pizza, dessert pizza, calzones, traditional pizza pies, & baked pasta, CRISP salad & wraps, Shawarma & Rotisserie Chicken, Kettle Made fresh from-scratch soups, and our Bodega Fresh & Fast offerings including salads, sandwiches, snacks, desserts, drinks & more. Finally, we have locally-sourced & scratch-made jams, marmalades, and pickled vegetables as well as scratch-made jumbo cookies, kettle chips, and chocolate covered almonds for purchase!
Our dining room in Oscar Peterson Hall, Colman Commons, offers a variety of stations with creative weekly specials! Everything from The Smoothie Bar, Baked!, Grill over the Fire, Power Plant plant-forward dish options, Flex Bar, Chef Table, CRISP salads & wraps, Sammies sandwiches & paninis, Fresh Baked from the Oven Detroit-style pizza, dessert pizza, calzones, traditional pizza pies, & baked pasta, Bodega Fresh & Fast offerings which include snacks, sides, drinks, and more packaged to-go products for students on-the-run! Students may grab something to go, or stay and lounge, read, hang out, study, and chill!
Scattered across the rest of our campus you'll find two Starbucks, two Tim Hortons (one is a Tim Hortons Express), another Bento Sushi, a Subway, Quesada, & Second Cup. We also have our Fair Trade Café offering caffeinated beverages, snacks, soups, sandwiches & our unique Indigenous menu, the North Side Bistro which offers fresh artisanal pizzas, salads & bowls, pastries & more, as well as vending options that include two Theos machines which offer Fair Trade coffee & tea, and our LOCUS vending machine which offers local and sustainable snacks and goodies, including our very own UTM Honey & more!
While Hospitality & Ancillary Services oversees food service at UTM, we work with our food service provider who manages all food service operations on campus.
