Math Project looking to hire Curriculum Development Manager ASAP!

Position: Curriculum Development Manager
Number of Positions: 2
Job Term: Part-Time/ Contract
Employment Date: February 2018

Eligibility
• Must be pursuing or have a degree in Education studies
• Must have at least one University level math course
• Excellent communication skills
• Prior experience in the field of Education is an asset
• Must be proficient in Word, Excel, MS Paint, etc.
• Organized, responsible and reliable

Tasks
• The manager will work with several teachers and typists to update and complete various
pieces of Math Project’s curriculum
• Update or review Math Project’s tests; provide timely feedback to test makers
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously to ensure curriculum completion
• Keep supervisor informed on a regular basis

Hours: 1-5 hours a week; 4 months contract initially
Compensation Type: Hourly

QA Engineer Intern/Co-op Student

SecureFact is looking for a  QA Engineer Intern/Co-op Student to join our fast-paced, dynamic agile team to solve new and challenging problems and deliver innovative projects. You would get exposure to JIRA, Jenkins,  Gherkin, Slenium, Cucumber, JAVA, Python, and other similar tools and technology.

Responsibilities:

  • Review business stories and give feedback
  • QA testing and bug reporting using JIRA, follow up with developers on investigation and resolutions
  • Helping to create automation script using JAVA, Selenium, Cucumber, TestNG, Maven, and etc
  • Ensure the full lifecycle testing, including functional test, integration, and smoking testing

Desired Experience and Skills:

  • Detail oriented
  • Passionate, willingness to learn and can learn quickly
  • Excellent track record of GPA
  • Ability to work in a team environment and as an individual
  • Excellent communication skills. Proactive, confident and be comfortable to talk with other senior engineers and managers in the team
  • Basic programming knowledge on JAVA or another language would be nice
  • Can commit to 8 months of working in SecureFact Toronto downtown office
