We are sharing a message from the City of Mississauga about upcoming construction work on Dundas Street West requiring lane reductions.  This roadwork near campus that may impact your commute to campus. 

As always, we encourage our community to consider sustainable ways to get to campus such as public transit to reduce the volume of single-passenger vehicle use to campus and to review detour routes if recommended by the City during the project.

An audible fire alarm verification is scheduled for Deerfield Hall and Maanjiwe nendamowinan on Monday, December 16, 2024.   

The Audible alarm will be heard in Deerfield Hall and Maajiwe nendamowinan from 7AM-8AM.

These tests are required to verify equipment for the DH4090 Office Reno (P300-23-123) in compliance with the Mississauga Fire Department.

Investigative activities related to Storm, Sanitary and Water Upgrades will take place in various locations on the UTM campus.  This work will involve borehole drilling on campus roads and walkways from December 16^th, 2024 to December 23^rd, 2024.  

REASON:

This investigative work is required to access current conditions of UTM infrastructure below grade to plan for adequate upgrades.
