Nadine Mcharafie 
First-year Students

As your First‑Year Academic Advisor, Nadine is here to help you navigate the transition into university and build a strong foundation for your studies in the Department of Psychological & Brain Sciences. She provides guidance on course selection, program requirements, enrollment, and can help you understand pathways into our Psychology, Neuroscience, and Exceptionality in Human Learning programs. Our goal is to ensure you feel informed, confident, and supported throughout your first year at UTM.

Jodie Stewart
Program Students

Jodie supports students in the Psychology, Neuroscience, and Exceptionality in Human Learning programs by providing guidance on program admissions, academic requirements, and course selection. She assists with enrollment controls and application‑based opportunities such as the ROP, IRP, Honours Thesis, and Knowledge Translation. Jodie also helps with prerequisite waivers, program completion planning, awards and scholarships, and general academic advising, ensuring students feel informed, confident, and supported throughout their degree
