Welcome all new and returning postdocs to the University of Toronto Mississauga!
We are the UTM Board of Postdocs (UTMBPD), a group of postdoc volunteers that are here to represent the interests of postdocs at the University of Toronto Mississauga (UTM), and assist you with your transition to UTM and during your time with us. We work to improve the professional and social experiences of Postdocs on campus!
Role of the UTMBPD:
1) Provide information on campus life for all postdocs, especially new arrivals. You will often hear from us regarding various events and news that concern postdocs at UTM. You can also contact us if you need some guidance to figure things out at UTM.
2) We communicate with UTM administration as the representative for all postdocs, so if you have any questions, concerns, issues or suggestions that you would like to bring to the University administration, please let us know.
3) We host meetings, social gatherings and sponsored events, where you can come out to meet other fellow postdocs and learn something new!
