OPH Table Booking Form

University of Toronto Mississauga recognized student groups who are interested in advertising events and activities through information tables in the Oscar Peterson Hall lobby, can request to do so by completing the online Table Booking Form below.  Please note:

  • Tables are booked on a first-come, first-served basis;
  • Booking requests may be received to a maximum of ten business days in advance or a minimum of three business days in advance;
  • Tables must be picked up and returned to the Residence Services Desk during desk hours;
  • Table bookings cannot exceed 3 hours;
  • It will be the responsibility of the individual booking the table to ensure that the area is kept clean. A $40/hr charge will be levied if the area(s) require cleaning;
  • Additional technology is not provided - ie: TVs, speakers, laptops, etc...
  • The department of Student Housing & Residence Life will not be held liable for any theft, loss, and/or damages that may occur to belongings maintained at the tables;
  • It is the responsibility of the group/club/society/department to advertise their desired table bookings. Student Housing & Residence Life will not be informing students of any bookings. 
  • Inappropriate behaviour or noise levels may result in loss privileges.
