UTM Student Housing & Residence Life will provide you with everything you need for your stay on campus, including:

• Peer-based social and academic supports to help ensure your time in residence is a success!

Before You Get Started

Please ensure that you have a valid U of T student number before starting the application process. If you have not been assigned a U of T student number and you meet our housing eligibility criteria for graduate or medical housing, then please contact SHRL Records & Admissions Coordinator.  The Coordinator will review your eligibility and create an account for you to proceed with the UTM housing application process.
