Cluster: Human-Environment Interactions

In the Human-Environment Interactions research cluster we explore diverse questions about how humans interact with the environment, both in terms of direct impacts and policy and other measures to mitigate or remediate impacts. Issues studies include land cover conditions, flora and wildlife management, endangered species, urban environments, agricultural production, resource extraction and the environmental impact of industrial activities.

This cluster also hosts a growing Environmental Law and Policy research group, led by Laurel Besco and Andrea Olive.
