UTM’s Environmental Management and Environmental Science programs provide an interdisciplinary foundation for understanding and addressing environmental and sustainability challenges. Students completing a Specialist or Major in either program may apply to a Combined Degree Program offering early conditional admission to the Master of Science in Sustainability Management (MScSM) in their final undergraduate year. Through this pathway, students gain early exposure to graduate-level study, benefit from a reduced course load during the MScSM, and transition more smoothly from undergraduate to graduate studies. Although the programs do not reduce the overall time required, students graduate with both an undergraduate degree and the MScSM.
