The Career Centre Networking Series (CCNS) brings together University of Toronto alumni to share their personal journeys from university life to professional success. This engaging event offers students and recent graduates the opportunity to hear firsthand about the challenges and triumphs of transitioning into the workforce. Through alumni stories, practical career tips, and open networking, attendees will explore diverse career paths, strengthen their networking skills, and build meaningful connections with professionals in their field.
Key Highlights for Employers:
- Become an Employer of Choice Among Early Talent: Position your organization as a top destination for early talent by having a UofT alumnus represent you in a panel discussion. This format allows you to showcase your company culture and the exciting opportunities within your sector, followed by networking to build direct relationships with students who are interested in your industry.
- Networking Opportunities: Following the panel, you or your colleague will have the chance to engage directly with students and recent graduates. This is where you can capitalize on the connections made by you or your UofT alumnus representative, helping students who may not have considered your company before to see a clear path for their career and discover how their skills could be an asset to your organization.
- Low-Cost, High-Impact Exposure: This complimentary event offers a strategic opportunity to build your brand on campus. You'll gain high-impact exposure to a motivated student audience, allowing you to establish a strong employer brand and begin cultivating relationships with promising talent at no cost.
- Fully customizable to meet partner needs: Partners can give input on the speakers, format, name, date, learning outcomes, etc., and can decide their level of involvement in conceptualizing the event.
