This 12-week career program is designed to help you build your confidence, skills, and career clarity for the future. As a cohort-based program, it offers a collaborative learning environment where you can explore your career interests and develop a personalized career and job search plan. You’ll gain valuable employability skills and knowledge with the support of the Career Centre team, mentors, and your peers, and benefit from working together in a supportive space as you take important steps toward your goals. Whether you're just starting your degree or approaching graduation, it's never too early or too late to begin your career journey.
At the end of this program, you will gain:
Experiential Learning – Poster Presentation, Employer Engagement, Data Analytics, and Public Speaking Experience.
Exclusive Event – UTM CC100 participants will host a Reverse Career Fair with employers and alumni.
Co-Curricular Record (CCR) Recognized: This is an official U of T document that recognizes your co-curricular involvement as an important part of your university experience.

- Commitment – You will be required to dedicate 4-5 hours weekly to get the most out of the program. Students must attend 9 out of the 12 session, including 6 mandatory core sessions.
- Select the format that suits your need: Fall term — Begins 2nd week of classes virtually on Mondays (11AM to 1PM), in person on Tuesdays (1PM to 3PM), or participate in a three-day Reading Week intensive – October 27-29 (9:30AM to 4PM).

When can I register for the Winter?
Registration for Winter 2027 UTM CC100 cohorts will open on October 19, 2026. Please come back to this page for more information then.
Winter CC100: Monday, January 11, 2027
Intensive cohort: Monday, February 15, 2027 - Friday, February 19, 2027
When does the program start?
The first day for the Fall 2026 session will be Monday, September 14 for virtual, Tuesday September 15 for in-person, and the Intensive will be held during the reading week from October 27-October 29.
I would like to register but I don't have a resume?
It is OK if you don't have a resume. Please visit our Resume & Cover Letter Resources page to prepare one for submission. However, if you have an resume but it is not up to date, that is ok. Submit and we can work with you to make your resume stronger.
I have completed the program; can I rejoin again?
Yes, you are able to attend again, however, we would love to connect with you to determine your individual career and job search goals. Please reach out to us to discuss your specific situation at careers.utm@utoronto.ca.
