What does accessibility look like in the workplace, and how can you evaluate whether an employer is genuinely committed to creating an inclusive environment?
Join us for an engaging morning of presentations, roundtable conversations and networking with professionals from a range of organizations and industries. Industry guests will share practical insights, organizational approaches and, where appropriate, lived experiences related to disability and accessibility at work.
Through candid conversations, you will explore workplace accommodation processes, visible and non-visible disabilities, the transition from academic accommodations to the workplace, and strategies for assessing an organization’s commitment to accessibility throughout your job search.
Whether you currently use accommodations, are considering requesting workplace support, or simply want to become a more informed and inclusive colleague, this event will provide practical perspectives and opportunities to connect directly with industry professionals.
