St. George and Scarborough students

St. George and Scarborough students taking courses at the University of Toronto Mississauga (UTM) must first register with Accessibility Services on their home campus.

  1. Register with Accessibility Services at your home campus.
  2. Complete a Transfer of Accommodation Form and provide to your Accessibility Advisor (at your home campus).
  3. Complete the UTM Accessibility Services Consent Form and Online Intake form (Online Intake Word Document).  Please attach consent form in the online intake.
  4. Log in to AIMS: and select the Document Upload Portal Icon.
  5. Upload your completed and updated Medical Documentation to the Document Upload Portal.  Accessibility Video Module on Document Upload Portal also available to review at the following link:
  6. Accessibility Staff will follow-up with you regarding next steps.
