IMIx Certificates

After successfully completing any of our certificate programs, you will receive a certificate of completion. Attendance in all sessions is mandatory. For certificate programs delivered online, the certificate is mailed out after the program concludes.  For programs attended in person, certificates are given to each participant on the final day of the program.

* These programs have an assessment component.  Depending on the nature of the program, this can be in the form of a written assessment, a take-home assignment, a personal reflection essay based on course content, or a demonstration of the techniques involved in the program. Assessments will be pass/fail. Upon successful completion, you will be eligible for the certificate of completion.

Registration

A registration link is provided for certificate programs we are currently accepting enrollments for. Please note that all prices are quoted in Canadian dollars and subject to applicable taxes. IMIx certificate program dates, fees and faculty are subject to change. In the case that a program is canceled, you will be offered enrollment in either the same or any other future program or alternatively, a full refund.

Cancellation Policy

If you are no longer able to attend a program, requests must be sent in writing to imi.executiveprograms@utoronto.ca. The following options will apply:

  • 21+ day’s notice: You will be eligible for a 100% refund
  • 10+ day’s notice: You will be eligible for a 50% refund
  • Less than 10 day’s notice: you will not be eligible for any refund

In any of the above cases, you will have the option to take a credit or transfer registration to another person.

OSAP Funding for Micro-Credentials

The Ontario Student Assistance Program now offers funding for micro-credentials, including all our upcoming programs. This new resource is part of Ontario’s micro-credentials strategy, helping learners access more opportunities to train or upskill for in-demand jobs through loans and grants. This micro-credential benefit refers specifically to short, professional development programs like those offered by IMIx Executive Programs.

How to Apply

  1. Visit the OSAP Micro-Credentials website for OSAP information and application instructions.
  2. Once you have selected a program, register for the program through the IMIX website. Please note, you will be required to pay the fee upfront.
  3. Log-in to your OSAP account (or register an account if you do not have one) to apply for the funding. The process requires you to fill out a form from University of Toronto Enrolment Services, which you can download here. Please send your form to imi.executiveprograms@utoronto.ca with your information to get assistance in completing the form.

For questions regarding the OSAP Micro-Credential funding, eligibility or application process, please contact U of T's Enrolment Services directly at http://uoft.me/enrolment-services, or by phone at 416-978-2190 for assistance. Learners are responsible for understanding and abiding by IMIx application policies and OSAP's eligibility requirements and terms.
