Mark Crofton Bell completed his undergraduate studies at OCAD University and received a Masters degree from Chelsea College of Art in London, UK. He has shown across Canada in public galleries and artist run centres including The Art Gallery of Ontario in Toronto, Stride Gallery in Calgary and The Eastern Edge in St. John’s. He has attended residencies and exhibited his work in Austria, Macedonia and Ireland. Bell is one of the founding members of the artist collective Painting Disorders. He lives in Toronto where he is represented by General Hardware Contemporary.
