UTM's Project Management Office (PMO) exists to help advance community-wide priorities, as guided by the UTM Strategic Framework. We believe in empowering collaborators to work together with purpose and delivering results that enable our communities to flourish. Our team does it by providing training, resources, and services in project management and continuous improvement and by sharing our methodology openly as the basis for a culture of excellence.
