Project Classification

Projects are classified by their risk and complexity, which takes into consideration their duration, costs, campus impact, mandates, and strategic importance. Projects should be classified early during project ideation and confirmed when preparing the Project Charter. This will allow you to determine which PM process to follow, to ensure the project is managed with the most effective approach.
