The UTM Campus Project Management Office has created a Project Management methodology as a guide to project delivery. As our office matures, so too will our methodology; we expect to make updates and improvements over time.
Our methodology comprises practical elements that work together to support your delivery of successful projects. These elements are:
- project classification,
- project management life cycle (or project phases), and
- tools & templates.
