Foundations of Process Mapping Workshop

The PMO is excited to offer the Foundations of Process Mapping workshop - a practical, hands-on learning experience available to all UTM staff, faculty, and librarians. Our workshop is customized to ensure high-impact results in our UTM context and is a part of our commitment to supporting effective, efficient, and collaborative ways of working, across the university.

What is Process Mapping?

A simple but powerful exercise to visually document how it gets done, from start to finish. Demystify process steps, roles, and decision points to help your team build shared understanding, identify inefficiencies or pain points, and uncover opportunities to improve workflows.

What will you learn?

In this workshop, participants will learn the fundamentals of process mapping and how to apply them to their own work, whether they are improving an existing process, onboarding new team members, or planning for change. No prior experience is required.
