In collaboration with the Director of ISUP, Aimy oversees the planning and management of ISUP's operations. Through engagement within the university community, both internal and external, Aimy promotes ISUP’s mission and programs relating to the study of university pedagogy. Aimy also serves as ISUP’s key data steward. In this role, Aimy leads ISUP’s data collection, governance and reporting activities.

Prior to joining ISUP, Aimy held senior leadership roles on the University of Toronto, St. George campus. Most recently, she served as the Director of Academic Operations at the Ontario Institute for the Study of Education (OISE). Prior to that role, she was the Research and Planning Officer in the Dean’s Office at the Faculty of Arts & Science (FAS).

Aimy completed her Honours Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts in Economics and is currently pursuing her PhD in Higher Education, with a focus on access to post-secondary education for under-represented groups. Aimy is passionate about creating an inclusive environment where students are supported and can excel in their studies.
