Beginning Tuesday, March 19th, 2024, the ramp to the P4 Parking Deck Lower Level entrance will be closed. The ramp closure is required in order to facilitate the construction work to repair the damaged deck as well as the installation of a new concrete panel. Barricades will be put in place and scaffolding will be installed on the ramp up to the Upper Level deck.
The P4 Deck will remain open and accessible to vehicular parking. An alternate access route to the P4 deck is outlined in the attached drawing. With the exception of a fenced construction area on the Upper Level, parking on both the levels will be available. If required, additional overflow parking is available in lots P11 and Alumni House. All UTM permits are valid in both locations.

HOW THIS WILL AFFECT YOU:
The ramp closure may result in traffic delays on Outer Circle from The Collegeway to the P8 Parking Deck. Please schedule additional time in your commute to allow for potential delays.
Please use the North or Middle entrances to come onto campus during the morning commute.
To ensure campus community safety, barricades and fencing will be in place to prevent access to the construction area.
