Signage in public and common areas is being removed and updated, where applicable, by Facilities Management & Planning.
In their internal spaces, departmental units are responsible for the removal of existing signage that is no longer applicable. If it is difficult to remove the adhesive, or if adhesive residue remains, please submit a work order to FM&P for the removal and to minimize damage. It is recommended to store the signage within the unit until further notice.
The signage catalogue has been updated in Service NOW. Units can now order the signs below for their departmental spaces.
Please note: Only the signs shown below are available for order.
To order COVID-19 Signage, follow the steps below. Once your order has been placed, please allow three to five business days for delivery:
- Review the table below for available COVID-19 signage
- Identify the signs you require
- Submit your request via Service NOW.
- Complete all required fields, then submit the request
Questions regarding COVID-19 signage may be referred to firstname.lastname@example.org via email.
- Signs will be delivered three to five business days after your order has been placed.
To ensure consistency across the University, please refrain from using / printing the sample images provided in the table or other signs obtained from any other sources.
