UTM Funding Application and Awards Repository

The UTM Funding Application and Awards Repository is a resource for UTM faculty members, librarians, postdoctoral fellows, and students who are applying for funding, and for faculty who are preparing award nomination packages. The repository is housed on a secure SharePoint site and contains three different application banks: Successful Funding Applications, Successful Postdoc Fellowship Applications, and Successful Award Applications. We continue to expand and grow the repository’s offerings, and ask that you reach out if you’re hoping to access a specific grant or award application sample that we don’t yet have available.

Please note that these repositories are being made available only to members of the UTM community.

Repository Access

Access to the repositories is restricted to UTM faculty, librarians, postdoctoral fellows, and students. Each application bank has different permissions. Please see below for instructions:

Successful Funding Applications

Access to this section is granted only to UTM faculty and librarians. Those seeking access should first read and agree to the Repository Terms of Use. Once this step has been completed, email Ana Pogoutse (a.pogoutse@utoronto.ca), Stefanie Bernaudo (stefanie.bernaudo@utoronto.ca), or Kate Steinmann (kate.steinmann@utoronto.ca) with ‘UTM funding repository access’ in the subject line. You will then be added to the site.

Successful Postdoc Fellowship Applications

Access to this section is granted only to UTM postdoctoral fellows and students. Those seeking access should first read and agree to the Postdoc Repository Terms of Use. Once this step has been completed, email Ana Pogoutse (a.pogoutse@utoronto.ca), Stefanie Bernaudo (stefanie.bernaudo@utoronto.ca), or Kate Steinmann (kate.steinmann@utoronto.ca) with ‘postdoc funding repository access’ in the subject line. You will then be added to the site.

Successful Award Applications

For the UTM awards repository, please email Stefanie Bernaudo (stefanie.bernaudo@utoronto.ca) with ‘UTM awards repository access’ in the subject line to be granted access. You will be asked to read and agree to a Terms of Use for this repository, after which you will be granted access.

Contributing to the Repositories

The UTM funding repository has been made possible through the incredible generosity of the UTM research community. Thank you to everyone who contributed materials and offered their support for this project. We continue to accept successful grant and award applications, if you have materials that you’re willing to share, please send Ana Pogoutse (a.pogoutse@utoronto.ca), Stefanie Bernaudo (stefanie.bernaudo@utoronto.ca), or Kate Steinmann (kate.steinmann@utoronto.ca) an email to get the process started.
