Each year, we recognize achievements in research and scholarly activity by faculty members of the University of Toronto Mississauga. Recipients are celebrated at our UTM Research Excellence Celebration.
Desmond Morton Research Excellence Prize: Awarded to a UTM faculty member in recognition of outstanding career achievement in research.
UTM Early Career Research Prize: Awarded to an early-career faculty member (within five years of their first tenure-stream academic appointment) in recognition of outstanding achievement in research relative to their career stage.
UTM Mid-Career Research Prize: Awarded to a mid-career faculty member (holding the rank of Associate Professor or Professor and within 15 years of their first tenure-stream appointment) in recognition of outstanding achievement in research relative to their career stage.
