Take a break from the inbox and join us in person. At our annual Research Excellence Celebration, you'll hear from outstanding early-career researchers and enjoy a lecture by this year's Desmond Morton Research Excellence Award recipient. You can also join us in recognizing the authors and editors of recent scholarly monographs at our annual Celebration of Books, hosted in partnership with the UTM Library.

If you're looking for something more hands-on, drop by one of our new Lunch and Learns. U of T experts will walk you through our research facilities, digital tools, partnerships supports, funding programs, and more.

Drop-in Series for Chairs, Directors & Research Council

A monthly coffee hour hosted by the OVPRI

Third Tuesday of the month | 2:30-3:30 p.m. | SB 2108, Suite 2100

Connect over coffee! We warmly invite UTM's Chairs, Directors, and Research Council members to join us on the third Tuesday of every month for an informal opportunity to ask questions, hear updates, and discuss emerging priorities in research and innovation at U of T Mississauga.

These gatherings are designed to be flexible and conversational. Come with questions, ideas, or simply to connect. OVPRI leadership will be present to offer support, answer questions, listen to feedback, and help foster a stronger, more collaborative research leadership community.

Drop-ins will be held from September through April of each year.
