UTM's Department of Language Studies Associate Professor Teresa Loblasamo and undergraduate students Dellannia Segreti and Samantha Arpas were recently interviewed for OMNI News. The video, Culinaria: Una “mappa” del cibo nella comunità italoacandese del Sud dell’Ontario, maps out the long history and bright future of Italian cusines in the Southern Ontario-Italian community.
