Pharma students are available for placement starting January 2025 for three consecutive Work Terms.

| Job Postings - LIVE | Sept. 6, 2024 |
| Student applications forwarded to employers | Sept. 24, 2024 |
| Employers submit interview selections and schedules | Oct. 1, 2024 |
| Confirmation of interview schedules | Oct. 4, 2024 |
| Interview Period | Oct. 15 to Oct. 25, 2024 |
| Deadline to submit student rankings | Oct. 25, 2024 by 5 p.m. |
| Student matches confirmed to employers | Oct. 30, 2024 |
Phase 2 - Continuous Posting
| Job Postings to be submitted to the Placement Office | Nov. 1, 2024 onwards |
| Work Terms begin (depending on contract) | Jan. 1, 2025 |
- After interviewing selected candidates, employers submit their rankings to the Placement Office.
- Employer rankings should be submitted preferable before the end of the interview day.
- To preserve the integrity of the matching process, employers are asked not to discuss ranking decisions with the candidates, nor to make direct job offers before the results are made available to the students by the Program Administrators.
