Role: Student Leader Development Intern
Term: Winter 2026 - January 2026 to April 2026 (Hybrid)

Description: The Student Leader Development Intern will play a key role in supporting student hiring and training initiatives at the Centre for Student Engagement. Working closely with the Hiring & Training Committees, the intern will assist in the coordination and administration of hiring processes; such as student leader carousel, and training logistics for incoming student staff; including but not limited to - Communications, Logistics and Digital resources.

Role: Residence Education and Assessment Intern
Term: Winter 2026 - January 2026 to April 2026 (Hybrid)

Description: Reporting to the Supervisor, Residence Education (SRE), the Residence Education and Assessment Intern aids the Residence Education team in the analysis of multi-year UTM residence assessment data. Focused on improving student transitional and academic experiences, the incumbent will develop data summaries and presentations, conduct informational interviews and focus groups with various stakeholders, and provide evidence-based recommendations to inform residence programming and curriculum development. The Residence Education and Assessment Intern will also support the ongoing evolution of curriculum-based initiatives that foster meaningful learning experiences for students in residence.
Role: Residence Academic Support Initiative Intern
Term: Winter 2026 - January 2026 to April 2026 (Hybrid)
Application Deadline: Tuesday October 28, 2025
Description: Reporting to the Residence Education & Transition Coordinator (RETC), the Academic Intervention Intern aids the Residence Education unit by supporting undergraduate residence students in their academic transition to post-secondary education through the Student Housing & Residence Life (SHRL) Academic Support Initiative. The incumbent will: assist in assessment of academic risk level for undergraduate residence students, conduct assessment and data analysis and support building resource networks for students having difficulty navigating the academic expectations of post-secondary education.
