Benefits of Living in Residence

Living in Residence at UTM provides students with an excellent student experience. Students who choose to live in residence at UTM will be provided opportunities to engage with services that are designed to enhance community development, student learning and personal success.

All first-year undergraduate residents have access to amenities such as laundry facilities, dining halls, kitchens and high-speed wireless internet service, as well as Residence-specific programming and orientation.

Residence Tours

Schedule your Virtual Residence Tour! We offer tours Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. EST. Email our Residence Services Desk (resdesk.utm@utoronto.ca) to book your tour today! You can also visit our Virtual 360 Tours page here for more information. We do not offer in-person tours at this time.

Application

Residence offers more than 1,500 student spaces, and provides a diverse range of housing options designed for undergraduate, graduate and professional students, as well as students with families within the University of Toronto system. Off-Campus Housing

As a student, it's important to have stable and comfortable housing in order to focus on your academic success, involvement outside of the classroom and overall enjoyment your university experience. UTM students can visit the University of Toronto Off-Campus Housing Service for a range of housing listings in the city of Mississauga and the surrounding area. This registry is updated through the Housing Services Department at the St. George Campus. You may contact the department by e-mailing housing.services@utoronto.ca. You can also visit the UTM Off-Campus Housing page for additional resources.
