Card Issues

If you are experiencing problems with your TCard when boarding the Shuttle Bus, please go to the Shuttle Bus Office located in the CCT Building, Lower Level Atrium, CC0160B with your card for assistance. Please note that it may be necessary to replace the current card to resolve the issue.

In the event of a newly issued TCard, please allow for a maximum of four days for the integration of the card into the shuttle bus service database.

If your bus pass is not validating when boarding the shuttle bus, please contact the shuttle bus office directly: shuttle.utm@utoronto.ca

Replacement TCards can be purchased from the TCard Office located in the CCT Building, Lower Level Atrium CC0160B at the UTM Helpdesk, Computing Services I&ITS.
