Cinema Studies Major
DVS is delighted to announce a new degree program!
Developed by DVS’s award-winning faculty, this new Major in Cinema Studies explores major world cinemas, genres, and auteurs. Its unique and interdisciplinary perspective highlights such issues as the impact of film on identity—both individual and collective—and relationships between aesthetics and politics. Open to second-year students beginning in September, 2021.
