Aleya Zaidi

 

Aleya Zaidi

While obtaining an undergraduate degree from the University of Waterloo, Aleya focused on research spanning various fields, including ophthalmology, virology and medical device design. Her projects enabled Aleya to strengthen her critical thinking and analytical skills.

Outside of work and school, Aleya’s interests include art, travel and technology. Upon completion of the MMI program, she hopes to combine her scientific knowledge with business acumen to work in the health technology and pharmaceutical sectors. 


Michael Hua

 

Michael Jua

Michael is a graduate of Western University (Health Sciences Honours) and the University of Toronto (Nursing).  He has a comprehensive and unique understanding of the intersections between healthcare systems and the quality of patient care. 

Michael has also worked as a Digital Engagement Coordinator for lululemon where he applied his interest in social media and digital analytics. He is eager to use and build on his knowledge and skillsets in the MMI program in hopes of finding meaningful opportunities within the tech, healthcare or retail sectors.


Cassidy Seguin

 

Cassidy Seguin

While pursuing a Bachelor of Science at Wilfrid Laurier University, Cassidy excelled in her academics while playing intramural hockey and being active in student life. Through her teamwork and leadership experiences with numerous sports teams and healthcare oriented university clubs, she learned that she thrives in collaborative settings.  Cassidy is confident, poised and enjoys working through challenging problems with others.

Following completion of the MMI program, Cassidy wishes to combine her passion for science with her growing love of business to work in a healthcare related sector.
