MMI at the Toronto Raptors vs Orlando Magic basketball game
MMI students and staff once again had the opportunity to see the Toronto Raptors live. Despite a strong fan base and outstanding cheering support, the Toronto Raptors lost. Orlando Magic took the win that day. The atmosphere at the Scotiabank Arena was excellent and made up for this loss. MMI had a great time and a lot of fun.

MMI Speed Networking
It was wonderful to welcome back this great group of MMI alumni from several graduating classes!
Our networking event allowed the current MMI class to connect with alum and learn about what contributed to their success.  Alum also shared advice on how to make the most of internship searches, connecting with the right people and making a good first impression – of course, they also shared some of their favourite MMI memories too!

Looking forward to having you all back on campus soon!  Feel free to reach out to Beate or Afro if you are interested in participating as an alum in any of our upcoming events.

On November 17, MMI welcomed several company reps from SOTI, GSK and SkipTheDishes for in person and virtual mock interviews.  Our students created resumes and cover letters for this event and went through a series of interview questions with reps to practice their interview skills.

As always, MMIs were dressed to impress and well-prepared for this professional development event – great job, everyone and thank you to our company reps for your continued support!

Round 2 of mocks will take place in the winter semester.  If you would like to join us for the event (date TBC) please contact Afrodite Cruz at
