Important information about access to the UTM campus on Sunday, April 27, 2025:
A reminder that the 2025 Mississauga Marathon will take place this Sunday, April 27, 2025. Access to the UTM campus and to campus roadways will be affected from 6:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
Road closures 6:30-10:30 a.m.:
- Mississauga Road will be closed in both directions from Dundas Street to Burnhamthorpe Road.
- Outer Circle Road will be closed.
- The intersection at Burnhamthorpe and Mississauga roads will be closed.
- The intersection at Mississauga Road and Dundas Street will be closed.
Peel Regional Police and Campus Safety will be available to assist during this time. Please plan your activities to avoid the road closures and drive with extra caution if you are around any marathon events or participants.
UTM Shuttle Bus
- At UTM, the 9 a.m. shuttle bus pickup location will be temporarily moved to the corner of Mississauga Road and The Collegeway
- Regular stop location resumes for the 12 p.m. departure
MiWay
- Routes 1C and 44 will not have service to UTM during the marathon
- Other local routes will also be affected
