The construction of the UTM science building is well underway. It will provide much-needed wet laboratory space for the campus’s current and planned research needs.  It will also provide a world class preclinical animal house.  It is expected to be completed in 2023.

  • ~90,000 sq ft lab space
  • ~110 chemistry 8 ft fume hoods
  • ~20-30 biosafety cabinets
