The Arbor Den Pitch - BIO434 - The First Capstone Proposal
On April 3, 2019, the BIO434 Social and Developmental Determinants of Health and Disease students led by Dr. Leanne De Souza Kenney held their first ever capstone proposal: "The Arbor Den Pitch".
Following this event, Aleesha Singh (student) won the Deans Excellence Award in Research & Experiential Learning based largely on her work in the capstone of our BIO434 Capstone course. Also, the Beanstalk team was selected as a finalist in the 2019 U of T Sustainability Innovation Prize competition.
