AMS Access

Financial Information and Processing Support (FIPS) provides the following services with respect to AMS:

  • coordinating the addition, changes and deletion of AMS access for all staff at U of T Mississauga
  • acting as liaison for resolving U of T Mississauga users access issues with the EASI (Enterprise Applications & Solution Integration)
     

AMS Access is 'ROLE BASED'

Access to the SAP/R3 system is connected to a 'position number' not a 'userID.'

When an employee is hired to a position, they are assigned a position number in HRIS. The employee is to complete the AMS access form online through the link  https://easi.its.utoronto.ca/access/ams-system-forms/ to gain access to AMS. The Access Control Representatives (ARC) for UTM are Sarim Husainie and Dana Best at FIPS.

For assistance in determining the current AMS access for a position or the completion of the AMS access form, please contact FIPS at  finance.utm@utoronto.ca


UTORMFA

UTORMFA is the University of Toronto’s multi-factor authentication solution. UTORMA is required in order to access AMS. Please sign up through https://enroll.utormfa.utoronto.ca/. For more information with regards to UTORMFA, https://isea.utoronto.ca/services/utormfa/.
