Facilities Management & Planning

Our mission is to effectively serve the needs of the campus community for the development, space allocation, renovation, operation and maintenance of all infrastructure, facilities and related services.

On this website you will find information on caretaking, stores/shipping and receiving, utilities, grounds, property management, building maintenance, project management, campus planning, and campus energy. Work orders and project work request forms are also located here, as well as staff contacts and general information on campus buildings, and campus maps.

Please note that there is a 5-10 day turnaround time for work orders.



Effective Monday, December 15th, 2014, the Facilities Management & Planning Team relocated to Erindale Hall, Floor 2.  Both the Administration and the keys Offices are located in Suite 203.
