A payment is required to secure your registration in the ACE@UTM program. Students have up to three business days from the date they register to complete one of the following payment options:

A payment is required at the time of registration. The non-refundable deposit will hold a spot for your in the program. Your enrolment in the program will be secured once we receive your complete payment.
How to Make a Payment
- You can make your payment using a credit card online through the ACE@UTM Registration Form. We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Discover.
- Once your payment is received, a confirmation email will be sent to you using the email address you listed on your registration form.
- The deadline to register for Summer ACE@UTM (including full payment) is June 12, 2023.
If you indicate on your ACE@UTM registration that you are interested in the all-inclusive ACE@UTM option, which includes on-campus housing and a meal plan, you will be provided with instructions to complete this additional registration. The additional fee for this option will include a room, meal plan, and additional support & social programming through the Department of Student Housing and Residence Life. If you are no longer able to participate in the program, you may submit a request to cancel your registration by submitting our Cancellation Form.
The deposit required to hold your space in the program is non-refundable. The remaining balance (including health insurance) can be refunded up to the refund deadline. The refund deadline is Monday, June 26th, 2023 at 12:00 PM (EDT). Please note that refunds will not be issued once the deadline has passed.
