The Office of the Vice-Principal, Research and Innovation (OVPRI) plays a vital role in advancing the University of Toronto Mississauga's research mission through three central pillars: dedicated funding support, cutting-edge core facilities, and strong partnerships and innovation. Through these services — and with a team dedicated to empowering researchers at every stage — we foster an environment where ideas can grow, collaborations can thrive, and discoveries can drive meaningful impact.

OVPRI Welcomes Four New Team Members

We’re pleased to announce that four new team members have joined the OVPRI in recent weeks. Each brings valuable expertise that will help strengthen research excellence and impact, advance our research and innovation enterprise, and enhance the support we offer the UTM community. Please join us in welcoming:

Drop-in Coffee Series

Connect over coffee. Chairs, Directors, and members of the Research Council are invited to join us in the OVPRI suite for an informal opportunity to ask questions, hear updates, and discuss emerging priorities.
