Demolition work will be taking place in a select area of Schreiberwood Residence Townhouses (Complex G) and is anticipated to begin the week of April 29, 2024. This work is needed as part of the preparation for the construction of the highly-awaited New Student Residence.

Demolition of existing townhomes and parking lot in advance of the construction of the New Student Residence

HOW THIS AFFECTS YOU:
There will be noise and vibration associated with the demolition activities taking place on site. Expect High-Medium noise and vibration levels during the demolition phase, which is expected to last approximately 2 weeks.
The pedestrian pathway connecting Erindale Hall to Residence Road will continue to remain closed during this time until the construction of the New Student Residence is complete. Residence Road will remain open during demolition work and construction of the new build – however, there will be increased traffic due to construction vehicles accessing the site.
