  2. Visit Membership Services 905.828.3714.
  3. Download our Client Profile form here and bring your completed form to a Personal Trainer or Membership Services. 
  4. Sign up today for your free fitness assessment. 

Types of Personal Training Sessions

  1. One hour: Our most popular option for working with a trainer, allows time for a complete workout 
  2. Thirty minute: Don't have time to fit in a full hour?  This is the perfect option for you.
  3. Small group training: Share your trainer for session savings and benefit from the support of a group (Minimum of 2 people required)
