Zhaoxin (Joyce) Dong

Joyce recently joined the data team, bringing with her over ten years of experience in the Registrar's Office, including Admissions, Scheduling, Exams, and Data Project Management. Her current focus is on admission yield modeling, admission data reporting and analysis, attrition models, and providing Power BI data support across the campus. She is responsible for creating and managing all Power BI dashboards, providing training and ad-hoc report creation for all UTM units.

Joyce holds a Master of Science in Health Services Research from the Institute of Health Policy, Management, and Evaluation at the University of Toronto. In addition to her work at UTM, she volunteers as the Director of Community Outreach for Oak Medical Education Foundation, which is committed to improving the medical environment and empowering youth leaders in the local community.
