Eileen is a dynamic professional with a rich background in executive support, project management, and business process management across diverse industries, including education, manufacturing, and banking. Possessing a Project Management Professional Certification (PMP®) and Lean Six Sigma certificate from the University of Toronto, Eileen exemplifies unwavering commitment to excellence. Her passion for community betterment is evident through active contributions to various organizations, focusing on youth empowerment and positive change. Eileen's belief in the transformative power of mentorship and community is reflected in her dedication to creating opportunities for the youth.

Since joining the UofT she has worked with the School of Graduate Studies, Faculty of Medicine and the Office of the Registrar.  At University of Toronto Mississauga (UTM) community, Eileen plays a key role as the Communications Manager and active member of the Black Staff Leadership Table. Leveraging her communication skills and strategic thinking, she fosters collaboration and inclusivity within the group, contributing to a supportive environment. 

As the Coordinator, Black Initiatives, she supports the project management elements of the initiatives that promote Black excellence, inclusion, and belonging as outlined in UofT’s Anti-Black Racism Taskforce report and exploring collaborative opportunities with campus and community partners.
