To escalate an appeal to UTM's Academic Appeals Subcommittee after being denied by the Committee on Standing (COS):
- Complete the Academic Appeals Subcommittee form.
- Submit the form, as well as any supporting documentation that may strengthen your case, to academicappeals.utm@utoronto.ca within 90 days of COS's appeal decision.
Once the form has been submitted, you will be contacted regarding scheduling of the hearing to present your case in person.
