The Centre for Child Development, Mental Health, and Policy (CCDMP) hosted a family-friendly Community Day on November 8, 2025 in the Collaborative Digital Research Space (CDRS), University of Toronto Mississauga. This was our first Community Day designed to bring families, students, and community members together to play, learn, and explore science and art.

Families had the chance to learn about CCDMP’s research through fun and educational activities, including games and interactive learning stations. These activities aimed to promote children’s social-emotional development, including emotion regulation and empathy. Fellow Infant Child Studies Centre labs, CLASS Lab and BIG Lab, also facilitated fun learning activities for children.
