Welcome to the first UTM Summer Research Celebration!
[NB: This event was held on Tuesday, August 16. To read a brief recap of the day's events, please see the article on Smarti Gras.]
The Office of the Vice Principal, Research, in collaboration with the Dean's Office, UTMAGS, and the UTM Library, will be holding a summer research day showcasing undergraduate summer research around campus and across all academic disciplines through short presentations and poster exhibition.
Current undergraduate summer research students (ROP, USRA, UTEA etc.) are welcome to register for an oral presentation on their work (approx. 6 minutes) or poster presentation about the exciting research project they are doing over the summer.
During and after a BBQ lunch (vegetarian option provided), this year's theme is Carnival! You bring the interesting research to present, we bring the fun to share. It is a day to celebrate you as a young researcher.
