If you are experiencing problems with your TCard or Bus Pass when boarding the Shuttle Bus, please go to the Shuttle Bus Office located in the CCT Building, Lower Level Atrium, CC0160B with your card for assistance. Please note that it may be necessary to replace the current card to resolve the issue.

TCard Office:
Replacement TCards can be purchased from the TCard Office located in the CCT Building, Lower Level Atrium CC0160B at the UTM Helpdesk, Computing Services I&ITS.
